Harry Potter Tribute Show @ Nucleus!

So Nucleus is having a Harry Potter Tribute show on July 9th to celebrate the last HP movie coming out.
Two of my pieces are in the show, and it seems like they have a lot planned for the reception! Stop by if you can because there's a lot of cool work being shown :).

Life's Not Worth It

Took me awhile to figure this one out, but I'm really happy with the way the lighting worked out. Not so much focus on the fashion this time because I felt like making something depressing.

Experimenting with lighting

Claudette La Fontaine loves breezy dresses and indulging in sweets. And it will be her downfall.

I'm trying to take bigger risks in lighting and colors. It's odd how fashion helps me see these things better.

Fashion Obsessed

My latest obsession is fashion so I've been out shopping a lot (hence the late posts...haha). All this shopping has given me a taste for really high-end/luxury design.
After going to the Americana, I realized how much I loved the buildings there. So I started sketching in places influenced by European architecture.

And thus I've started developing my grad show project (it's one year away, I know!). It's about fashion and takes place in Italy. The characters were so fun to design. They're like fashion illustrations!
